| | I've had headaches ever since I can remember. They started when I was about 8 or 9. They've never said that they're because of my disease, but I do have lesions scattered throughout my skull and spine. After talking with a lot of patients, it seems like this is a common thread that many of us share. |

| This is one of Claire primary symptom. We had a pain specialist explain that she actual has three types of head pain. First there is bone pain from the destruction of bone structure within the skull. Second she has nerve pain again related to the bone widening is put pressure on the nerve itself. The third is her migraine pain which they speculate is caused by the pressure of the bone growth on the brain or to do to the blood vessel structure itself within the brain (which makes the most sense to me as this is a disease of vascular and lymph malformations:w00t . Migraine medication has been the most helpful for her.
