| In this time of the 25th anniversary of the enactment of the Orphan Drug Act, it is well to read of some of the important impact this legislation has made on behalf of the rare disease community. This progress has been made possible by the dedication and persistence of the N.O.R.D (National Organization of Rare Disorders) team - blazing a trail for us. Check out the link below. And, write to your government legislators whether you are in America, within the EU, or anywhere around the world to tell them how much we depend on important initiatives such as the Orphan Drug Act.
