For those in the USA, what types of things do you like/dislike about your insurance coverage? What is important to you when choosing/changing insurance types?

Our insurance is pretty good; they send us letters in the mail every month about everything charged to them, how much of it they actually paid, and how much we owe the medical provider. I love that the hospital we go to eats all that cost. Apparently they way over charge insurance companies to get as much as possible out of them so whatever cost is left they don't worry about actually collecting from their patients. It's no wonder insurance is so expensive!! It's the same for Brooklyn's pediasure, if I bought it from walmart it would be 1.60 per can but walgreens charges the insurance 3.10 per can; try to explain that one!! We only have to pay 31 cents per can copay thats way better than walmart prices!! We get Katie Beckett supplemental insurance which is awsome because they pay all medications copays which saves us about 80 a month.
